Cooper Built Homes was founded by 3rd generation builder Nicholas Cooper. Cooper Built Home's commitment is to approach the emotional and frequently frustrating task of designing and building a home in a 100% customer focused manner. We understand that designing and building a new home can be very overwhelming, and that the buyer wants the home to not only be the home they have always dreamed of, but also be a place where their family can grow and make memories together. Therefore, each home will be customized based on the clients desires at whatever stage they enter the building process. Nicholas Cooper serves as the clients primary contact during the entire design and construction period. Since Nicholas Cooper provides the design leadership and also acts as the construction superintendent, clients can be assured their exact design concepts will be carried out during the construction phase.
Cooper Built Homes offers a wide variety of floor plans, most of which include an open layout, spacious living room, large kitchen, granite countertops, and custom craftsmanship throughout. Cooper Built Homes also gives you the opportunity to work closely with Nicholas Cooper and his architect to design the floor plan of your dreams.

Nicholas, his wife Emily, and their two children currently live in Edmond. Nicholas and Emily attend Life.Church and are a part of the Legacy team at the Edmond campus of Life.church.
