Nicholas Cooper
President & Owner
Nicholas Cooper is a third-generation home builder and developer based in Edmond, Oklahoma. He grew up working alongside his father, building custom homes, and gained experience in land development from a young age.
His expertise spans the visualization, design, development, and implementation of high-end custom homes, with a strong focus on superior quality and unique presentation.
Nicholas and his team bring a combined 75+ years of experience in custom home building, and he has personally built around 100 custom homes since 2012.
Built on cornerstone principles of integrity, hard work, honesty, and a desire for long-term relationships, along with an intense commitment to unmatched quality and excellence, these values have provided a strong foundation for the company's continual growth.
In his spare time, Nicholas enjoys being a member of Life Church and spending time with his family, including his wife Emily, their seven-year-old son Calan, five-year-old daughter Charlet, and their newest addition, seven-month-old son Casen. He is also an active member of the Central Oklahoma Home Builders Association.
Alicia Zupan
Lead Interior Designer
Alicia has been designing new construction homes and remodels in Oklahoma, Texas, and Georgia for over 26 years. A loyal Cowboy fan and a graduate of interior design from OSU, Alicia lives in Arcadia with her husband Andy and is a blessed Nonna to 8 grandchildren.
Marlon Robin
Estimator/Superintendent
Marlon has served in multiple roles in the construction industry over his 12-year career, with an emphasis on estimating. He will be your go-to person for pricing selections and understanding the impact on your budget. He has many hobbies but, most of all, enjoys spending time with his wife, Mariam, and two boys, Miles and Micah.
Dannelle Barker
Accountant
Dannelle Barker-Bostwick joined our Cooper Built team in July 2022 as our Accountant. She has 16 years of experience in banking and customer service and previously held various volunteer positions for Relay for Life Logan County, United Way of Logan County, and North Church – Guthrie.
Dannelle and her husband, Eric Bostwick, married in 2023. They reside in Crescent on their family farmland with their two dogs, Hope and Mika, and two cats, Azzie and Dustie.
They love to spend weekends together in the backyard, watching the clouds go by, the sunsets, and stargazing. Dannelle can’t pass up road-tripping with the windows down and music up! Their favorite vacation getaway is to the mountains of Colorado to enjoy the cool temperatures and beautiful scenery.
Dannelle has a passion for people and a heart for helping in any way she can. She loves to make others smile and laugh. She also enjoys learning new things and strives to gain more knowledge every day.
